Program Details:
Commit2Fit is a great way to kickstart a healthier lifestyle by learning and implementing healthy habits that you can use the rest of your life. We will meet via Zoom each Tuesday night beginning February 7th at 8:15 pm. I will assign one new habit each week. You will learn Why the habit is important, How it will improve your health, and What to expect as you practice that habit. There will be a Q&A at the end of each session. I will use google docs to host all the Zoom trainings and any document associated with that particular habit.
Meal Planning:
Commit2Fit will help you learn how to prep meals for the week, plan healthy meals, what to eat at restaurants and fast food restaurants and how to read labels.
Lifestyle Fitness:
Exercise is an important part of healthy living. The truth is that for some people fitting in exercise can be difficult with our bust lives. I believe that activity is a better way to approach the "Exercise" box of life. Movement, mobility and being able to do the things you want to do in life should determine your fitness plan. I will go into detail during the 8 weeks and personalize your individual plan.
Accountability:
Accountability is personal for each individual. You and I will partner together and determine what level of accountability will help you be successful. I suggest a calorie tracking app that you can give me access to. I use MyFitness Pal, but any tracking app is ok.
